Thomas is a partner in Curbed Construction, overseeing business development, strategy, and financial management.​

Thomas owns and operates Connolly Development Ventures, which has developed numerous urban infill residential and commercial projects throughout the Chattanooga area.

When not doing all things real estate, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, travels out west, fly fishing, RVing, and watching various sports (go Vols, Mocs, and CFC!).

Thomas holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He also maintains a real estate license in Tennessee.
