Curbed Construction and Connolly Development Ventures Announce Groundbreaking of Two New Projects in Tennessee

Curbed Construction, as general contractor, and Connolly Development Ventures, as owner/developer, are thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of two exciting new residential projects in Tennessee. These developments will bring modern, thoughtfully designed townhomes to the vibrant neighborhoods of South Knox in Knoxville and Southside Gardens in Chattanooga, enhancing the urban living experience for residents in both cities.

South Knox Terraces – Knoxville, TN

The first project, located in Knoxville’s sought-after South Knox neighborhood, will feature 15 architecturally striking townhomes. Designed by Ally Architecture with civil design by March Adams, the development offers a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans, each boasting modern finishes and a sleek aesthetic. Residents will enjoy a prime location within walking or biking distance to Suttree Landing Park, the Urban Wilderness, and the bustling attractions along Sevier Avenue, including restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and more.

Parkside Terraces – Chattanooga, TN

The second project is set in Chattanooga’s Southside Gardens neighborhood, just off the popular Broad Street corridor. This development will include 20 modern townhomes with one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. With architectural design by Ally Architecture and civil design by Ragen Smith, these townhomes are ideally situated for easy access to the new Lookouts Stadium and surrounding developments. Residents will be able to walk or bike to enjoy the growing amenities and attractions in the area.

“The Curbed Construction team is excited to get started on these new projects as we kick off 2025,” said Nolan Woody, operating partner at Curbed Construction. “Both projects will add significant value to their respective neighborhoods and will provide great housing options for residents of both cities.”

Thomas Connolly, owner of Connolly Development Ventures, added, “We continue to see demand for compact urban townhomes in both Chattanooga and Knoxville. We’re excited to kick off 2025 with a bang.”
