South Knox Terraces: Complete and Ready to Call Home

We're proud to announce the completion of South Knox Terraces, a community of 15 contemporary townhomes nestled in the heart of South Knoxville at 2600 Sevier Ave.

This project has been a true team effort, and we're grateful to have played a role in bringing it to life alongside an outstanding group of partners: Connolly Development Ventures as the owner and developer, Ally Architecture as the architect, and March Adams as the civil engineer. Together, we delivered a community that reflects thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a genuine respect for the surrounding neighborhood.

South Knox Terraces offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans, each finished with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and 1.5 or 2.5 bathrooms. Outdoor patios and decks give residents their own private space, while the walkable location puts them steps from some of Knoxville's best breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Tennessee Riverfront.
