Curbed Construction Breaks Ground for Innovative MiKen Development Project

The project will bring 14 single-family homes to the Belvoir area in Chattanooga.

Curbed Construction, LLC, a leading provider of high-quality construction services across East Tennessee, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of an exciting new residential development for MiKen Development. This forward-thinking project will feature 14 single-family, detached, cottage-style homes designed to blend smart urban planning with a strong sense of community.

Each home will offer three bedrooms, and floorplans range in size from 1,400 to 1,750 square feet, providing efficient, comfortable living spaces ideal for modern families, downsizers, or first-time buyers.

The site address at 3629 Fountain Avenue in Chattanooga places these homes in the growing Belvoir area, a convenient location roughly equidistant to both downtown and East Brainerd.
