Curbed Construction Featured on WBIR: Filling Knoxville’s “Missing Middle”

Housing demand in Knoxville is at an all-time high — and so is the need for creative solutions. The story focused on what’s known as the “missing middle” — housing types like duplexes, townhomes, and small-scale infill projects that fit between single-family homes and high-density apartments. These projects are key to creating more attainable housing while keeping the unique character of Knoxville’s neighborhoods intact.
